TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Daily charge includes food, heating and litter unless the cat has a prescription diet then the owner must provide the food.

Daily charges apply to both arrival and departure day.

Vaccination cards must be provided on arrival for every cat. Those with no vaccination card will not be permitted.

Cats must be wormed and flea treated prior to boarding at the cattery, any cat found to have fleas or worms will be treated and the owner will be liable for the cost of treatment. (We only recommend using products purchased from your vet to treat fleas and worms).

Cats over the age of 6 months must be neutered, kittens under 6 months will be permitted un-neutered.

Cats on medication are welcome at the cattery as long as their condition is not contagious.

Charges are not able to be refunded if the cat is collected early, so please be sure of the exact duration of your cat's stay.

We reserve the right to seek veterinary advise and treatment for any cats we have concerns about whilst in our care and the owner will be liable to pay those costs.

Whilst every possible care and attention will be given to your cat, all cats are left entirely at their owners risk.
